Stretch your mind.

Have you ever been so used to a routine that you didn’t need to think to get something done? It is like being able to do something with your eyes closed.

Routine is good, routine is safe, it is predictable but it dulls your mind.

Read a new book or article about something not in your field. Have a conversation with someone from a different culture or country or with a different way of thinking. You will be amazed at some of the interesting insights that will come out.

Travel and explore new places.

Try new hobbies or learn something new.

Disconnect from technology one in a while.

Change your routine.
